The business end to the season is well and truly underway, and the big players are stepping up in order to help their sides achieve their targets for the season.
Those donning the blue of Manchester City and the red of Liverpool are battling hard for the Premier League title, whilst the race for the top four is as tight as it’s been for years.
Enough about team performances, however. Let’s focus on the individuals and take a look at the Premier League nominees for the PFA Bristol Street Motors Fans’ Player of the Month award for March…
Aaron Wan-Bissaka
The England Under-21 international helped Crystal Palace earn six points out of 12 in March, whilst also grabbing an assist in the 3-1 win away to Burnley.
As always, the 21-year-old impressed with his well-timed tackling and composed defending, and was unlucky not to earn a call-up to the England team by Gareth Southgate.
Raheem Sterling
The Manchester City forward enjoyed an hugely impressive month for the Citizens in March, scoring a hat-trick in the 3-1 home win over Watford.
Sterling also grabbed another treble against Montenegro whilst on international duty, and is really beginning to develop into a world-class player.
Jamie Vardy
The Leicester ace has been enjoying his time on the pitch following the arrival of Brendan Rodgers, scoring four goals in four games throughout March as the Foxes recorded three wins and a loss.
At 32 years of age, Vardy is still finding the back of the net regularly, and seems to have been given a new lease of life by Rodgers – he now has 13 league goals for the season.
Sadio Mane
Liverpool’s man-in-form has stepped up in the Reds’ time of need to score 11 goals in his last 13 games, with three of those coming in March.
Mane has helped keep Liverpool’s title hopes alive, and is shining whilst Mohamed Salah endures a barren spell in front of goal.
Wilfried Ndidi
Another man who has stepped it up a notch since the arrival of Brendan Rodgers is Wilfried Ndidi.
The Leicester midfielder excelled in the 2-0 win over Bournemouth, whilst also contributing solid, eye-catching performances against Fulham and Burnley to earn the Foxes nine points from a possible 12.
Lucas Digne
The Everton left-back has shone since his summer arrival from Barcelona, but specifically in the month of March.
The Frenchman excelled as the Toffees grabbed seven points out of a possible 12, from a run of games including Chelsea and Liverpool – Digne also grabbed an assist to round off an exquisite month.
