Nunez swapped Benfica for Liverpool in the summer of 2022 for a fee worth up to £85 million ($103m) but increasingly, it looks like he won't justify that huge fee. Despite that, Anfield Watch states the Uruguay international is still a 'prized asset' at Anfield and is valued at a whopping £85m.

Nunez has scored just four goals and provided four assists in 26 appearances for Liverpool this season, with manager Arne Slot handing the 25-year-old just 10 starts in all competitions. If he continues to be on the fringes at the Reds, a move elsewhere may be on the cards. And with his former Benfica coach Jorge Jesus now at Al-Hilal, a reunion with him is not beyond the realms of possibility.
